As i Watched the movie of Natalie Holloway it upset me and angered me because i couldn't understand why someone would want to end the life of an all American girl that had a future as bright as the sun. To hear that the man that had ended her life was not able to be convicted because of the lack of evidence later put a stop to many peoples hopes that they would ever find her body and that the man would be brought to justice.
But now five years to the day that Natalie Holloway was not to come home, there was a girl, Stephany Flores, was found face down in a hotel room dead. The last person to be with her was Joran van der Sloot, the man that was also last seen five years ago with Natalie Holloway.
To me this is concerning and unacceptable. i believe that this man should be convicted for what he has done and should be made realize the pain that he has put the family members of these poor girls through. This man should be put behind bars for the rest of his life in my opinion.

Well why is any life ever ended? It doesn't matter that she was an "all american girl" it just helps the media go crazy. I'm not in any way disagreeing with you, but it just bothers me that only certain stories get national attention. There are minors kidnapped and murdered every day and we don't ever acknowledge it. Of course I could also mention the others: adults, other nations, casulties of war. Bad people are everywhere. And I agree I hope he rots in a cell for the rest of his life...but not even that, youve heard my position on jails, why should I have to pay for some sluz ball to live? No I say he should get the same right back at him. I suppose Im starting to sound like Taylor now with the torture and "eye for an eye" thing. But I agree with you, the story and the man disgust me and I hope he gets whats coming.

And Yes i agree with what you say about the other children and people that arnt even thought of or talked about and it also happened to them. i agree that if we make big news about it for a few people we should be more active in other peoples cases as well. we should make it a priority to sho that we care for all the people this happened to not just the one or two that get on the news.
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing about the Natalie Holloway story and I agree with both of you but I think he should be put to death... In fact I think most who commit murder should be put to death... Haha there goes our population issue by like 25%. And I also think there are a ton of people being murdered, kidnapped, etc. and only like -5% get noticed like Natalie because she's someone that the media wants to use for an interesting story. If there was an article for every teen/adult/etc. that was kidnapped or murdered... you get my point?
